Das Ergebnis ist schlichtweg sensationell: Ihre Kundry ist je nach Bedarf lyrisch oder dramatisch, wechselt zwischen Belcanto-Samt und strahlenden Spitzent\u00f6nen, agiert voller Spielfreude. Ein phantastisches Resultat \u2013 Amneris und Ortrud lassen gr\u00fc\u00dfen! Auch Ludovic T\u00e9zier deb\u00fctiert eindrucksvoll als Amfortas, Jonas Kaufmann sang zuvor erst einmal in Wien den \u201ereinen Toren\u201c und ist in vokaler H\u00f6chstform \u2013 und Georg Zeppenfeld, Wolfgang Koch und Stefan Cerny komplettieren dieses \u201eTraum-Ensemble\u201c als Gurnemanz, Klingsor und Titurel. Garanten f\u00fcr das hohe Niveau sind auch das Orchester und der Chor der Wiener Staatsoper unter dem ambitionierten Musikdirektor Philippe Jordan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pandemiebedingt findet \u201eParsifal\u201c zwar ohne Publikum statt. Regie und Ausstattung des russischen Dissidenten Kirill Serebrennikov, der trotz Ausreiseverbot vom Computer von Moskau aus agierte, werden jedoch hitzige Diskussionen ausl\u00f6sen. Der Allround-K\u00fcnstler (Theater, Film, Oper) aktualisiert das \u201eB\u00fchnenweihfestspiel\u201c \u201eauf Teufel komm raus\u201c. Montsalvat ist ein s\u00fcdfranz\u00f6sisches Gef\u00e4ngnis f\u00fcr \u201eschwere Burschen\u201c, Kundry fotografiert f\u00fcr ein Modemagazin (Blumen-Models), Amfortas k\u00e4mpft erfolglos gegen die herrschenden Zust\u00e4nde. Und dann kommt es zu einem dramaturgischen Kniff, der das Pro und Contra zur Regie noch weiter anheizt: Parsifal wird doppelt dargeboten. Der Tenor (Jonas Kaufmann) wird durch sein um mindestens 20 Jahre j\u00fcngeres und stummes Double (Nikolay Sidorenko) erg\u00e4nzt. Das wirkt so lange \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig, bis es zur Schl\u00fcsselszene \u2013 der misslungenen Verf\u00fchrung im zweiten Akt \u2013 kommt. Dann beginnt man das Konzept zu m\u00f6gen \u2013 oder aber die Ablehnung wird noch gr\u00f6\u00dfer! Der Rezensent geh\u00f6rt ersterer Gruppe an. Denn nach der vor Leidenschaft vibrierenden Kuss-Szene gibt es noch mehrere Episoden, die unter die Haut gehen: etwa die Herzeleide-Erz\u00e4hlung \u00fcber Parsifals Mutter \u2013 da kommen auch noch die Gro\u00dfm\u00fctter hinzu und erinnern an die ewige Wiederkehr der Welt. Oder die Karfreitags-Szene, in der sich die Frauen der Gefangenen um Parsifal versammeln und Kerzen und Blumen bringen. Besonders eindrucksvoll: das \u00d6ffnen der Gef\u00e4ngnist\u00fcren und das einstr\u00f6mende Licht der Hoffnung.
